Dr. Olivia Johnson’s data has provided a roadmap to what she coined "The FATAL 10™" - these are 10 risk factors noted in cases of completed suicide of law enforcement officers, but we have tailored it to numerous occupations. The FATAL 10 is a risk assessment tool that can be used by Forensic Interviewers to assess the risk of suicidal ideation and overall suicide risk to interviewees.
